Can I just say that I live in the absolute perfect town? New Canaan is so much like every New England town you read of in books. We have tons of history, pride, and fun! Sometimes it's a little too perfect and I feel like I've just joined the Stepford Wives or something :) Anyway, for Memorial Day we joined our friends on the lawn of our library for the New Canaan Memorial Day Parade. It lasted all about 30 minutes or so. We had bands, old cars, town council people, and our local firemen and policemen were dressed in their nice clothes marching down the road. I think I feel more patriotic here because of 9/11. I know that many of the servicemen in our town helped out during Ground Zero and many families lost loved ones. I feel so proud to be an American and know that so many people have fought for our freedom. So, here's some great photos of our day in New Canaan. Oh yeah, that evening we went and had a bbq at a friends house off the Long Island Sound. Can you say breathtaking?!

Love all the pictures!! Love your haircut! Do I need to tell you again that you’re so hot…you probably hear that all the time! :-) Keilah is truly adorable…I love her little clothes and hat and the cute smile on her face. I’m envious of all the fun place you get travel to and the experiences you have…lucky!!
Also, speaking of Memorial Day…I love summer and I completely know what you mean about feeling patriotic. There’s something wonderful about this time of year and about small towns.
