My life isn't boring, nor does it revolve around my big bowling ball of a belly, but for some reason, I've been slacking on my posts and the only thing I feel like telling everyone is that this little girl is going to hopefully come out and see us soon! I'm "officially full term" and now comes the waiting game. I loooooooooove being patient. It is such a huge talent of mine... ok not at all. The only reason why I don't want the baby to come this week is because Keilah's 2 year birthday is on Sunday (Mother's Day. I know... awwwwww) and I want to be able to celebrate with her and give her all my attention for one last time. So, if you're all praying for me, pray that the baby comes anytime after the 10th :)

I Promise!
In other news, my daughter has now begun to sing. She sings, "Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star" over and over again and doesn't stop. Nate and I find it absolutely adorable and stop whatever we're doing just to hear her sweet little voice. She's growing up so fast! She loves other songs and knows snippets of them, like: "The Wheels on the Bus," "Horsey, Horsey (on your way...)" and "Jesus Wants Me For a Sunbeam." She also knows bits and pieces of the Dora The Explorer song. She's seriously cute (as you can see in the video!).
I took Keilah to the doctor today because she's had a nagging cough now for weeks. I wouldn't have worried except for the fact that we live in Texas... an official "home of the swine flu." I know Keilah doesn't have it, but I was tired of being paranoid thinking that everyone else thinks Keilah has it (does that make sense?). Anyway, Keilah has bad allergies, just like everyone else that lives around here. Allergy season is INSANE here in Texas. We got her a prescription of Singulair and so far it's been doing a better job than any other medicine.
Nate's no longer traveling with work until after the baby comes and family comes to visit. This has been fantastic! I miss him so much when he's gone and I know Keilah does just as much. It's been great to have him home every night (and sometimes all day when he works from home) to play with us. He's been a ginormous help around as I become less flexible and mobile. I'm lucky to have him as my husband.
