This week was a milestone in our little Keilah's life. We started feeding her rice cereal!!! She was definitely ready to move onto solid foods. She was always wanting to eat whatever we had on our plate, she was wanting to eat more frequently during the day, and she was good with swallowing and using a spoon. So we did it. She loves the stuff. I mix it with a little breastmilk or formula and she downs the stuff. A funny thing... she always tries to grab the spoon and feed herself. She loves it when Daddy feeds her too. We're holding off on jarred baby food for now.
