My testimony increased

How amazing was General Conference this year? I loved every minute of it (that I heard). We have to watch it on the internet and with a child and an overheated computer, we sometimes didn't catch everything, but we're going to catch up. I had tears in my eyes the whole time each group was told to stand and sustain Pres. Monson as the new president of the Church. My heart ached when Elder Scott and Sister Tanner made mention about abuse, rape, and other horrible problems reaking in our neighborhoods and country. How beautiful is the gift of repentance and forgiveness. I love how the brethren are laying down the truth and finally shutting up false doctrine and rumors. Elder Holland and Elder Uchtdorf's talks gave me strength to share the gospel with those around me. I know that these men speak the truth and that we have the opportunity to share this beautiful message with everyone. So, if anyone who reads this wants to know more about what I'm talking about, go to http://www.lds.org/ and take a look at what we believe in. The truth will set you free and can change your life forever!

Yes, Jason & I are going to be out in NYC this weekend. We are getting there Saturday and leaving on Tuesday (quick!). I don't know what your schedule looks like, but it would be great if we could arrange something.

Email me at elise2217@yahoo.com and we will see if we can work something out!! :)

I will be reading conference when it comes out in the Ensign. I was able to watch about 2 seconds of it with the kids running around. But I know when I do read it, it will be wonderful.

I loved your comments! You were blessed with a strong testimony that you share very well. I always admired your wonderful example and strong spirit. You share the gospel without even knowing it. Thanks for being such a great example to us! We love you!

You always inspire me, my dear!! I love how you are completely unafraid to share your beliefs and who you are to the whole world. I was especially touched by your story about little Keilah. So glad that she is fine and that miracles do happen! God watches over His little ones! Love you and miss you much!
