Every year, the Phillips' family has a tradition of making gingerbread houses. We don't use realy gingerbread, we use graham crackers, but the process is still the same. This is the first year Nate and I have done it away from our family back in Utah. We had our friends, Bret and Jana Mitchell, over to help create some crazy buildings. Here's the rundown on what we made. Nate was ever-so creative and made a New York City skyline with the Empire State Building, candy style. I made a funhouse that you'd see at a carnival or something. Bret made Whoville and Jana did a beautiful Christmas cottage. It was a blast and we're thinking of what to make next year already :)

I'm impressed! The best we can do is from those pre-made kits! I'm gealous that you live so close to New York City. That looks like so much fun!
