The Rachael Ray Show

One of the perks of living so close to the city is that we get to go to television show tapings, or we could if we wanted to. Well, I wanted to go to Rachael Ray so I signed up for tickets way back in July and finally got chosen to go to the show last week. So I took my friends Jana, Keily, and Lillian with me. We took the 6:20 train to Grand Central and walked to Wendy's for a traditional pre-show breakfast :) We stood in line for almost 2 hours while sipping Starbuck's hazelnut hot chocolate. Then we finally got to be in the audience. It was so much fun. We never got to talk or meet Rachael Ray. She was very consumed with how the show was doing. We had a blast with the warm-up guy. His name was RC and he was hilarious. We got lots of free stuff from the show. We did get our snacks of the day too :) We ended up getting pajamas, chocolate caramel popcorn, beef jerky, a package opener, and a storybook maker from Discovery kids. Oh, if you want to check us out, we'll be on TV on Dec. 11 and 13 on the Rachael Ray daytime tv show. Check your local listings :) And check me out in the audience! I'm in the middle aisle about 4 rows up and I'm wearing a brown shirt with blue jeans. We're going to DVR it and have a little party over at my house. Anything for a party!

On the 6:20 train. Soooo sleepy. Keilah had woken me up at 4 that morning so I had a loooong day!
