Ever since Halloween Keilah and I have wanted to go back to the zoo. However, Keilah has had a double ear infection AND the stomach flu so we didn't go this past week with our ward playgroup. So, we made plans to go over the weekend when Daddy (Nate) would be back from his business trip to San Francisco. Well, the night before Nate was supposed to get home, I decided to take Keilah's stomach flu away from her and go to town on it. Yeah, stomach flu and 11 1/2 weeks pregnant.... soooooooo not fun. Needless to say, having Nate come home was the biggest blessing ever! I sat in bed all Friday and decided that the zoo probably wouldn't be a good idea. However, Sat. morning I was feeling better and knew that Keilah and Nate needed to get out. So, I bucked-up and went along.

Ft. Worth Zoo Family Fun Day!
It's Member Appreciation Month at the Ft. Worth Zoo so everything we did there was free. It was great weather and the animals (including Keilah) were out in full force. We also brought along my early Christmas present. Nate bought me a Panasonic Lumix camera for Christmas. It's awesome! We've been using our phones (Nokia does have the best camera phones around), but wanted something with more functions. Anyway, we got camera happy and just plain happy seeing how adorable Keilah is at the zoo!

Eww, I know how you felt. When I was about that far along with Isaac I got the flu and I thought I was going to die. I really have never been so sick in my life. I'm glad you got better and were able to go to the zoo!
