Linnea turned six weeks old yesterday (Thurs.). Linnea now smiles whenever I come and tickle her face. She still has clogged tear ducts, but they're much, much better than they used to be. She knows Keilah's voice and will let Keilah give her hugs and kisses. Linnea is sleeping very well at night. On most days she only wakes up twice, giving me a good amount of sleep. She's getting bigger and is just a joy to watch kick around and listen to her coo. She's been so much fun to have in our lives and we're so grateful she's our "Little Linny."
Just a little side note about Linnea's name. It's pronounced le-NAY-ah. It is the name of the Swedish national flower. Carl Linnaeus, the famo

us Swedish botanist, named the tiny pink flower after himself.

I love Linnea's name! It's so pretty. And how neat for her to know she's named after the Swedish national flower. Beautiful name for a beautiful little girl!
