LInnea's Two Months Old!

We took our "Little Linny" to her 2-month appointment this morning. She's 12.6 pounds and is 23 1/2 inches long. That puts her in the 90% for both. I'm not shocked by any means... she is my daughter after all. I am shocked, however, that she gained 4 pounds in one month! She's too big for her newborn and 0-3 month clothes now. I'm doing 3 months and some 3-6 month clothes. This poses a small problem because she's been wearing all of Keilah's old clothes. Keilah didn't "chunk up" as fast as Linnea has and so by the time she was wearing 6 month clothes, it was fall in Connecticut and most of the clothes I have now are for cooler temperatures. I don't know if any of you follow the weather, but Dallas has had unusually high temps lately. It's been no less than 95 degrees for the past month. And it's not even August yet! So, this means I get creative with Linnea's clothes... and I get to go shopping for cute things for the girls to wear. Linnea is smiling all the time now and is cooing as well. She's such a "chill" baby. She'll gladly just hang out on the bed, in her bouncer, or on the floor for "tummy time." Keilah still adores her and likes the fact that "Ninny" (Keilah can't say the 'l' for some reason) is beginning to smile at her and make sounds. These girls are going to have so much fun together!!!
