I found this recipe in the Kraft Foods "Food and Family" magazine (winter edition). If you go onto kraftfoods.com you can check out this absolutely fabulous dessert. I tweaked it and made it lighter in fat/calories by using fat free sour cream and added an extra banana instead of using oil. I also used low-fat cream cheese in the frosting and almonds instead of walnuts (they're healthier nuts, I think). Anyway, this is a very moist and addictive cake. I served this to my family and a few of my friends and they all wanted seconds right away. Anyway, if you're in the mood for something fruity, fabulous, and fun, then try this cake. Hopefully you'll be as pleasantly surprised as I was (and you'll get to eat lots of it too!).
